Repwise (“we”, “us”) provides training plans, exercise information and progress tracking through repwise.dk. By creating an account or using Repwise you agree to these terms.
Repwise gives general fitness and nutrition information only. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, midwife, physiotherapist or dietitian. Calorie and protein figures are estimates. Talk to a healthcare professional before you start exercising or change your diet, especially if you are pregnant or recently gave birth, are over 60, have an injury, a medical condition or a history of eating problems, or take medication.
Exercise carries a risk of injury. You use Repwise at your own risk. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath or feel unwell. Use safe equipment, and use a spotter or safety bars for heavy lifts.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and consent to your use of Repwise. The information you give us must be correct.
You are responsible for your password and for activity on your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access. You can download your data or delete your account at any time in Profile.
Do not misuse Repwise. This includes trying to access other users’ data, disrupting the service, using it unlawfully, or using automated tools to scrape or overload it.
Repwise is currently free. We may change, suspend or stop features at any time, and we may introduce paid features in the future. We will tell you before any change that would require you to pay.
The Repwise name, design, plans and exercise content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal training. You keep the rights to the data you enter.
Repwise is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises that it will be error-free or always available. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage resulting from your use of Repwise, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using Repwise and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
We may update these terms. If we make an important change we will tell you in the app or by email. If you keep using Repwise after a change, you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are handled by the Danish courts, except where mandatory consumer rules give you the right to use the courts of your own country.
